Xeanne Kantu Ri is also the painter Jean Rim she is exploring identities and integrating parts of her life as a healer to the platform of performance. The big themes are love, awareness and disrupting the visual landscape through masks, costumes and gardening. Since June 12th, 2012 with her partner where they wear paper mâché masks of Mildred and Richard Loving to remind people of the significant role the Lovings played pre Civil Rights Movement and understanding who you love is also a Human Right.  She massages Mother Earth and will continue to do work on the massage table. Her recent trip to the Sacred Valley, Peru and as a resident at Arquetopia she was bless with the name Kantu which is the sacred flower for the Incas and she is working on secret performances disrupting the tourism industry.
